We hold information on the businesses we work with whilst we are supporting their activities and for a reasonable period afterwards to ensure that we can help them with any queries. We will ask clients for reviews to ensure that our services meet the standards they expect and this information is retained. Our services are designed for business and we would like you to use a business email and your business name to contact us. We comply with General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act.

You have the right to ask us whether or not we are using or storing your personal information. You can also ask us for copies of your personal information, verbally or in writing. You have the right to get your personal data from us in a way that is accessible and machine-readable, for example as a csv file. You also have the right to ask us to transfer your data to another organisation. We will provide your data or transfer it to another provider within 30 days o us verifying that you are who you say you are.

All data pertaining to to Security Assurance, audits and tests is stored with our Data Processors in the UK. We use cloud providers in the US for managing our business information.
